1. User Privacy

We respect the privacy rights of our service Users and guarantee them the right to choose whether to share information about themselves. We make every effort to ensure that our Users' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union laws. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to present the actions taken by GPS Friendly Sp. z o.o., the administrator and owner of the Traseo.pl website, in connection with the protection of personal data collected through the website www.traseo.pl, the mobile application, the online store, other services and tools related to the Traseo.pl platform, as well as activities undertaken by the users of the service.

  • Our Privacy Policy informs how we process Users' personal data (services and applications), in particular:
  • Who is the personal data controller,
  • What data we process and whether its processing is necessary for the electronic services we provide,
  • The purpose and legal basis for processing the data,
  • How long we process the data,
  • What rights our Users have as data subjects,
  • To whom we disclose the data.

2. Legal Basis, Consents

2.1. The User provides the administrator of the Traseo.pl website with personal data during registration and when using the Traseo.pl newsletter service.

2.2. By registering on the Traseo.pl website, subscribing to the newsletter, and using other services available within the Traseo.pl platform, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

2.3. Providing personal data is voluntary.

3. What data do we process?

3.1 Data is collected automatically on the Traseo.pl website and mobile applications. When using Traseo.pl, our servers automatically record information sent by the user's browser when displaying the website. Server logs may include: network request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and at least one cookie. In mobile applications, this includes device information, device language, OS version, and at least one cookie. The server requires location for correct app operation, but this is not linked in any way to a specific mobile app User.

3.2 Cookies are small text files sent by a visited website to the user’s device (computer, smartphone, etc.) and are used to store certain information. Cookies are not harmful to people, devices, or data, and we recommend not disabling them in browsers. The login function on Traseo.pl requires cookies. Using cookies allows us to improve service quality and increase User satisfaction by storing preferences and tracking trends and behavior on Traseo.pl.

4. For what purpose and for how long do we process Users' data?

The user's personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • to provide the services described in these Terms of Use by Traseo.pl, including notifying users about significant changes in the service or technical announcements – in this case, your data is stored until the termination and settlement of the above-mentioned agreement;
  • to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the administrator of Traseo.pl – e.g., issuing and storing accounting documents, etc. – in this case, the User's data is stored until the expiration of obligations under the law;
  • to provide the Traseo.pl Newsletter service – in this case, the User’s data is stored until the objection is made, i.e., until the user unsubscribes from the Traseo.pl Newsletter service;
  • to deliver commercial and marketing content from the owner of Traseo.pl and its business partners – in this case, the User’s data is stored until the objection is made, i.e., until resignation from the services provided by Traseo.pl;
  • data collected automatically is used to personalize content and advertisements related to the services and products offered by the service administrator as well as business partners, and to analyze traffic on the website and mobile applications – in this case, the User’s data is stored until the objection is made, i.e., until resignation from the services provided by Traseo.pl.

5. Who do we share the data with?

Based on the User's voluntary consent to the processing of personal data stored in cookies on the User's device and its cache memory, as well as location data generated by the device – for marketing purposes (including automated analysis of activity on websites and in applications to determine potential User interests for ad personalization), including placing web markers (cookies, Facebook pixel, Google Analytics code, etc.) on the User’s device and reading such markers – the above-mentioned data may be shared with our Partners – companies Google and Facebook. Our partners are mainly located in countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, which is considered a country with an adequate level of personal data protection. Some of our Partners, e.g., Google or Facebook, are based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of your data outside the EEA, we verify that our Partners provide guarantees of a high level of personal data protection.

6. Personal Data Administrator

6.1 The personal data administrator for users is GPS Friendly Sp. z o.o., plac Na Groblach 8/2, 31-101 Kraków, Tax ID: 6762404650. Your data is processed by GPS Friendly Sp. z o.o. and cooperating entities with whom GPS Friendly Sp. z o.o. has appropriate data processing agreements that protect your personal data.

6.2 Recipients of the User's personal data may be the aforementioned data processing entities, entities authorized by law, entities providing services related to communication between the User and the service administrator (e.g., entities delivering correspondence and shipments), GPS Friendly Sp. z o.o. partner entities transmitting information about their products or services to Traseo.pl service users and through mobile applications.

6.3. By providing their data, the User obtains the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal, and the right to file a complaint with the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection (www.giodo.gov.pl).

The implementation of these rights stems from legal regulations and may require obtaining additional information from the User to verify identity.

7. Copyrights

7.1 Contents on Traseo.pl pages are subject to copyright belonging to their creator and are protected under the law. Detailed provisions regarding licensing issues are contained in the Regulations.

7.2 All materials contained in the Traseo.pl service are free of charge. Users and the Traseo.pl service team are not responsible for any damages resulting from their use. Traseo.pl reserves the right to edit and delete entries and block users who violate the Traseo.pl service regulations.

7.3 Traseo.pl is not responsible for content and opinions expressed by users in comments or descriptions. They are exclusively the property of the users from whom they originate. This privacy policy does not apply to entrepreneurs and persons whose data is generally available on the service pages.

8. User Rights to Manage Personal Data

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - (GDPR), the User has the following rights in connection with personal data processing:

 

  • right to access data, including obtaining a copy of data,
  • right to request data correction
  • right to delete data (right to be forgotten),
  • right to file a complaint with the supervisory data protection authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
  • right to limit data processing.
  • right to object (objection to processing, objection to direct marketing, including profiling, justified objection to processing User data in the Administrator's legitimate interest).  

 

If User data is processed based on consent:

  • User has the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal. If data is processed based on consent or to fulfill a contract (necessary to provide the service):
  • User has the right to data portability
  • User has the right to delete their account in the Traseo.pl service and Traseo mobile applications, which is done by submitting such a request via email to kontakt@traseo.pl.
